“Love Your Neighbor”
At Hilldale, we believe ministry begins at home. Our goal is simple: love God, love people, and make a difference right where He’s placed us.
Clarksville Christian School
In the early 2000s, the leadership at Hilldale Church of Christ envisioned providing families in Montgomery County with a Christ-centered educational option. That dream became a reality in 2008 with the opening of Clarksville Christian School. In its early years, the school was fully housed within the church building. Today, that small beginning has grown into a thriving PreK–12 institution with its own dedicated facilities on the Hilldale campus—continuing to nurture both hearts and minds in the name of Christ.
Helping Kids fight hunger
The mission of Project F.U.E.L. is to relieve hunger in school-aged children, to enhance spiritual, physical and emotional health, and to relieve anxiety, and improve attention and self-esteem, leading to increased academic performance and ultimately higher graduation rates.

“We believe that anything worth doing is worth doing with excellence, and that there could be no more worthy cause than teaching young children to become the best that they can be. We believe that God expects us to give our very best to the next generation.”
"I have no greater joy than to hear that my children are walking in the truth." - 3 John 1:4
Winter Coats Drive
Hilldale’s Winter Coat Drive collects new and gently used coats to bring warmth and comfort to students in Montgomery County schools. Each donation makes a meaningful difference—helping ensure that every child is cared for and kept warm throughout the cold winter months.
“So then, as we have opportunity, let us do good to everyone, and especially to those who are of the household of faith.” - Galatians 6:10
The Wednesday Night Ladies Class is involved in a project called “Wrapped in Love.” This effort is inspired by Matthew 25:36 — “I was naked and you clothed Me.”
Through this project, the ladies provide essential items for expectant mothers in need at Tennova Hospital. Each Wrapped in Love bag includes an outfit, a receiving blanket, and a bottle. Additional items such as a burp cloth, pacifier, or bib may be included when available. The class collects clothing in a variety of sizes, from preemie to 0–3 months.
All items are new and are assembled quarterly during class time. Each bag also contains information about the plan of salvation, the Hilldale Church of Christ congregation, and a personal note from the class. Through this mission, we hope to share the love of Christ and the gospel message with families in our community.
Wrapped in Love
WE love our neighbors…
At Hilldale, we’re blessed to be involved in a wide variety of local mission efforts—so many, in fact, that it would take several pages to list them all! What you’ll see here represents just a few of our largest and most impactful ministries. Each of these efforts reflects our desire to serve our community, share the love of Christ, and make a difference right here in Montgomery County and beyond.
