At Hilldale Christian Day Care we have a loving, qualified staff.  A large majority of our staff members are trained in First Aid and CPR.  At least one staff member in each classroom has received a TECTA certificate.  Other staff qualifications include college education, Child Development Associate certification, Child Care Management certification, medical training, and sign language training. 

In order to keep our staff up to date on the best practices in Early Childhood, each staff member receives a minimum of 18 hours of training each year.  We also attend state and local conferences.  Each staff member is a member of the Montgomery County Association for Young Children and several others are members of the National Association for the Education of Young Children and its affiliates.  In addition, we hold monthly staff training meetings to ensure that we are all following the same guidelines and procedures.
